Before you lock it
This is a starting point, not a finished configuration. It is deliberately generic: the sites that actually cost you time are personal, and no downloaded list can know them. Add yours, and remove anything you need for work before you set a lock.
Locks are the part worth thinking about carefully. A long delay is what makes a block hold at the moment you most want to undo it — and the same delay applies when you had a good reason. Start shorter than feels right, then tighten once you know what breaks.
